Libido, Impotence, Sexual Desire, Sexual Health: It’s All About the Solution
Libido in Latin means "desire, longing, fancy, lust, or rut. Libido is influenced by hormones such as testosterone and other androgens, and also by neurotransmitters such as dopamine. Libido enhancers made a great difference in our sexual activities.
Sexual desire, or libido, consists of thinking about sex, fantasizing about sex, the development of "sexual tension" and the awareness of a need for sexual release. Sexual dysfunction is common in men undergoing surgical treatment for prostate enlargement or cancer.
Sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or infirmity.
Women especially tend to feel guilty about having lost their desire for sex, and often blame themselves for these feelings. Sexual health is influenced by a complex web of factors ranging from sexual behaviour and attitudes and societal factors, to biological risk and genetic predisposition. Sexual health can also be influenced by mental health, acute and chronic illnesses, and violence.
Sexual health represents a new thematic area of work for the Department of Reproductive Health and Research. Sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or infirmity.
Sexual health requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences, free of coercion, discrimination and violence. Sexual health and well-being are components of a good quality of life. Sexual health refers to all aspects of healthy sexuality.

I have found in my own life that our sexual attraction is limited by our own preconceptions.
For example, I've always been attracted to all genders. But it was never an option, in my mind, to go outside heterosexual relationships. When I let it be an option, the feelings became more real, and I was able to actually carry on relationships.
The first step in letting your body awaken is to let your mind awaken.

I think basically there are different "levels" to being gay. For example, you could consider being bisexual one of these levels, or you could be romantically attracted to people of the same gender yet sexually attracted to people of the opposite! Honestly it really depends on the person, each is unique and has his/her own "level'.
I guess you could say that people who "explore" their sexuality are trying to determine or even label which of these "levels" they belong to. They're trying to understand where they fit in, or learn things about themselves. The people who have no doubts about their sexuality are just very confident and have already learned these things. They probably had to go through the whole exploring phase to be able to know!
It seems like you're trying to classify people way too much. Please understand that each individual is, well… Individual! Some people feel the need to explore, some people might already know… It really depends on each person!

I think a good topic to research is that supposedly women's sexuality is more fluid than men's. Meaning, that there are a lot of women bisexuals, but very few men bisexuals. So the difference in sexuality between men and women is interesting.

I would assume you would need at least a master degree in psychology, and have studied about gender and sexual issues.

interesting question.
I agree w/the first answerer – we are what we are. I believe that if we are in a healthy nurturing environment that we become our natural sexual selves whether that be straight, gay or whatever.
*Shockman answered the part I didn't – about touching and senses. Makes sense.

sensuality is less "hardcore" than sexuality and less revealing. Sensuality maybe women in tight clothes with cleavage, or a guy with his shirt of. Sexuality would be "heavy petting" and making out > leading to sexual acts. Sensuality doesn't necessarily lead to sex in a movie. You can check out the MPAA website for more explanations on their rating system.

I'm having some trouble understanding exactly what you're asking, but here's the best reply I have…
No matter what someone's anatomical sex is, if they identify as male and are attracted to males, they're gay; if they're attracted to women, they're straight. And if they identify as women and are attracted to men, they are straight; if they're attracted to women, they're lesbian. If either one is attracted to both, then they are bisexual. If they don't care and accept people as people, then they'd be pansexual.
Saying that someone isn't "really a man" because they were born with a vagina is pure ignorance and malice. Same for women who happened to be born with a penis. Judging their sexual orientation off that ("You're not really gay", "You're not really straight", etc) is also ignorant. How someone chooses to identify is NOT your problem. don't like it? Then ignore it and keep on walking. It's only the stupid, mean little people who decide to try and tear someone down because they think they know someone's gender and sexuality better than their victim.
